Event Description
Zumba is a fun dance workout on mainly latin music combined with music in all kinds of other styles. This is the last free trial lesson in February, so here's your chance to try it out. The workout will tone your muscles, improve your condition and you'll burn - if applicable and necessary- some calories (upto to about 600 per hour!).
