Have you noticed it’s hard to get a simple smile when you spend your money, let alone service that makes you want to come back?

Great idea! Staff in Natuurwinkel Enschede and Bijenkorf Enschede I find generaly friendly and helpful.

hi Teresa .... if you have a moment please give me the address of the Natuurwinkel - look forward to trying it. Is it in the Centrum? Agree with you about the Bijenkorf: staff are helpful and friendly. Wish they had more kassa's though. Sometimes the queue is very long indeed

Thanks everyone for the good info. I checked out the Natuurwinkel in Enschede Teresa, and you're right - very pleasant and knowledgable people ... and good produce.
In Enschede, the restaurant I go back to time and again is 'Hans en Heinz' ... for service and their yummy 'Fish Soup'.
It'll take a bit longer to try out De Hardans, Max ;-). Is it in the Centrum of Den Hague?

The Spec-Savers in Almelo are very nice. Customer service surprisingly good and they have a quick turn around for making prescription glasses.
The butcher at the bottom of the Grotestraat in Almelo is soooo friendly and always has time for a quick chat. He is always smiling! So to the fresh "Nut Man" at the Almelo markets.

I would recommend T-mobile shop in Hengelo, the staff is very helpful and super friendly. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about T-mobile shop in Enschede.
