According to the research made by Ernst&Young, most Dutch entrepreneurs are not at all happy with the services provided by the gemeentes. The gemeentes received a 5.3 evaluation! - I think it's more than a week since nobody received any answer anymore. Is anybody from the municipality still present and checking these questions, I wonder?
