I have to say that this soup was one of the most pleasant surprises I ever had - wonderful taste, easy to make and healthy :-)

Ingredients:
2 middle avocados - green and ripe (rather soft than hard)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 spoon olive oil
2 green onions, cut in rings
8 dl chicken bullion (ready made or from Knorr cube)
fresh minced peper
100 ml cookroom (creme fraiche it's good too)
2 boiled eggs, sliced

Preparation:
Peel the avocados and take out the seed. Smash the fruits and mix well. Add the lemon juice.
Fry shortly the onion rings in the olive oil, add the chicken bullion, wait until boils and then add the avocado pasta. Add some peper. Let it boil one-two minutes. Add the cookroom/creme fraiche and let it boil 1-2 minutes. Done.
Serve it in bowls with slices of boiled egg on top and a bit of pepper.
