This is a very simple dish but tasty and refreshing especially during the hot summer months. You can serve it as a side dish together with pork or any other meat. I prepared it yesterday for our international guests (including Dutch, Italian and American) and everybody love it. Let me share it with you.

3 medium Cucumbers peeled and thinly sliced
Medium onion sliced
½ up to 1 cup sour cream
Salt
Pepper
Dill
Place cucumbers in a bowl, add salt. Mix it and leave in the refrigerator for half hour.
Drain juice and add onion, sour cream, pepper and dill. Mix it again.
Now you can serve it with a meat dish or just as a salad. Smacznego.

Thanks for reminding about mizeria. I totally forgot it and it's a perfect season for it.

You can use Griekse Yoghurt instead of sour cream. Personally, I like it more.

Every mizeria is different! :o)
I've never tried mizeria with onion!
I usually use yoghurt, vinegar or lemon juice and then depending on my mood - sugar or salt and pepper :o)

Thank you for comments. I have never tried mizeria with yoghurt or sugar, I need to try one time.
