I think most valuable people are those who go abroad as the accompanying person- wife, husband, girlfriend etc. While my husband has plenty to do, have friends or colleagues- I needed to put extra efforts to just keep myself busy. Add to this a lost…
For me it's the time and effort that it takes to make new friends. Real friends. Especially these days when everyone seems so busy and stressed out.

I agree with Adrian. Recognition and acceptance are important. Sometime I'm in the state of mind that makes me incapable of doing or saying anything for fear of others' rejection, lack of acceptance, or disapproval.
I think the most difficult part of moving abroad is a lack of a professional network which results in problems with finding a job or clients. That's what I think.
It's not only doctors, almost every lawyer is an interrupter as well. I assumed that how it is done and it's my fault of not communicating clearly.
But on the other hand I get myself anxious and impatient when talking to my husband, I just jump in b…
