Carpal tunnel syndrome exercises

I'm a heavy computer user and recently I have greatly suffered from carpal tunnel syndrome, I’m sure I’m not the only one. Carpal tunnel syndrome is a common disorder in people who spend most of their day typing, writing, and doing repetitive wrist motions. I'm an American expat here in Austria.
It's beautiful here but I miss my family in California like crazy!
