- Hi Ming, Mantra dance is dancing in a circle by repeating simple steps on Mantra songs/music. It can be compared to sacred dance. I use mantra songs/music mainly from the Kundalini yoga tradition. If participants are upto it they can also sing when dancing. I myself develop and design the dances. Hope to see you 16 August 14:00 at Landgoed Algoed, kind regards, Teresa
